1952–1960 Velika Dobrony General Secondary School, secondary-school studies

1960-1965 Uzhgorod College of Fine Arts, Ceramic art

1965–1968 Performed military service.   After that established his ceramic workshop in Velika Dobrony, where he still works.

1994 - 6th Alföld Potter Triennial, Special Prize 

1998- Danylo Scherbakivskyi Award

2002- Merited Artist of Ukraine

2010- Silver Cross of Merit of the Hungarian Republic

2015- Imre Révész Award

1990– Present: Member of the National Union of Folk Art Masters in Ukraine  

1990– Present:    Member, founder member of the Imre Révész Association of Hungarian Fine and Applied Artists in Transcarpathia
